This short ball workout works not only your core but also your lower and upper body using fun unique moves. I am an intermediate/advanced exerciser and my abs are so sore it hurts to laugh. The included ball is good quality not thin like other balls I have used. Keep in mind it takes about 3 days to reach full size. You will need to pump it up and let the rubber relax before continuing to add air. I really enjoyed this workout and the time flew by.

I bought this because all I really wanted was the stability ball. I decided to try the workout DVD as well and I am so glad I did! They guarentee visible results in 10 workouts. After doing this workout 3 times I noticed a significant change in strength, stamina, and balance/coordination. This is a good workout and it is low impact. I have minor osteoarthritis of my spine and I have never felt discomfort like with some other exercise programs.

I've been looking high and low for an exercise ball workout that will hold my attention long enough and I finally found it! This ball workout is awesome! I love it because you are using your body weight to sculpt the muscles using gravity and the ball for balance. I found that in order to do the exercises correctly I needed to hold my abdominals in the whole time so I didn't risk falling off! I love that in a video, one that uses more than one body part to do the exercises. I love to use as many muscles as I can to do an exercise, it seems like such a waste of time to only use one muscle to do an exercise! That is why I LOVE this workout!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been out of exercising for a few months, heart surgery and am just getting back into it. But I do love this workout, it's only 30 minutes, but I'm sweating anyway! The pump isn't the best in the world, and am currently looking for another one. But I was able to pump the ball up enough to make it work for me. Allie is a great instructor, not alot of chatter but lots of encouragement.

The product is just as described. The video is a bit limited if you want variety, but I bought the product mostly for the ball and the video was just an addition to my collection. The ball is good quality, stays inflated more than I expected.
